Descrizione Attività

Progettazione meccanica di dispositivi meccanici / elettromeccanici:

partendo dallo studio dei requisiti, identifico prima il sistema di funzionamento (incluse le parti da catalogo ad esempio motori per l’azionamento di parti) a seguire realizzo a CAD 3d-2d completi del dispositivo (Fusion 360 o altri Cad in base alle necessità del cliente). Seguo quindi il progetto sia nella prima fase prototipale di prima realizzazione e nella seguente di validazione tool di serie di produzione (es. stampi iniezione plastica). Eseguo anche attività di RE-Engineering di componenti/sistemi per la riduzione dei costi diretti (Design To Cost)

Mechanical design of mechanical/electromechanical devices:

starting from the study of the requirements, I first identify the operating system (including catalog parts, such as motors for driving parts) followed by the complete 3D-2D CAD creation of the device (Fusion 360 or other CAD according to the customer’s needs). I therefore follow the project both in the first prototype phase of first realization and in the following validation of production series tools (e.g. plastic injection molds). I also perform RE-Engineering activities of components/systems for the reduction of direct costs (Design To Cost)

Modellazione 3d (anche simulazioni cinematiche con meccanismi di movimentazione lineare, angolare) –

3d modeling (also kinematic simulations with linear and angular movement mechanisms)

Disegni 2d costruttivi con tolleranze – 2d manufacturing drawings with tolerances

Rendering con differenti colori e materiali – Rendering with many colors and materials

Analisi Fem – Fem Analysis (statical, thermical, etc)
