Consulenza nell’ambito dello Strategic Procurement In base alle esigenze dell’azienda, fornisco supporto in particolare per le negoziazioni avanzate con i fornitori, per la scrittura di contratti strategici, stesura di RFQ tecniche, analisi delle offerte ricevute dei fornitori, miglioramento del sistema gestionale degli ordini, review annuale listini con i fornitori su mandato dell’azienda, valutazione dell’impiego risorse nell’area Acquisti ed in generale spunti per il miglioramento dell’area acquisti, Supplier Early involvement, Marketing degli Acquisti, etc
